  10. Disclaimer
    The Ínairí app is intended to work with your wearable as an accommodation, not an intervention, therapy, diagnostic tool, or replacement for medication being taken and has not been clinically validated.  The website’s reference to the more you use it, the more it understands you refers to the AI component of the app, which is not included in the $20 per month basic subscription.  Phoeb-X intends to improve the app over time, allowing it to provide additional accommodations.  No commercial product exists currently.  Phoeb-X does not guarantee specific results or that the wearable will work.  The app may work better for some than others.  The money back guaranty refers to the $20 charge to reserve the app. The website’s reference to prior testing relates to a virtual clinical trial conducted by David Ruttenberg while pursuing his PhD as well as a pilot test using a headphone prototype and app created for Phoeb-X.  The testimonials came from the pilot test of the headphone prototype and app, not the app which will be made available once completed.  Phoeb-X is not affiliated with any of the companies mentioned on its website or their hardware.  Phoeb-X makes no guarantee that the information provided herein is accurate.
